  The explosion in the women’s weekly dose of reality market, together with increasing demand from national newspapers for human interest stories, means there is now more scope than ever before for people across the UK to earn a profit by selling their true life stories.

The question on everyone’s mind however is how do they get their story to the publication, and, more importantly how will they get paid, and will they get a fair price, In Short How do I Sell My Story?

One way of doing it is to use an agency that will advise and help both you, and the publication, in an ‘everyone wins’ method.

Many stories that have been helped in this way include: a woman trying to find a sperm donor; a man who has survived breast cancer; a woman who discovered she was the secret love child of a sixties rock star; a wronged-wife who underwent ?5,000-worth of cosmetic surgery after her husband left and a self-confessed sex addict. All received payment for their interviews and, most importantly, achieved their personal goal of talking to the media.

“For many, just having their say and getting their story out there meets a deep-seated need,” explains Natasha. “This is either because they raise awareness about a subject close to their heart, raise money for charity or they quite simply get the opportunity to set a record straight. Some people talk to more than one publication, in fact I know of one woman who’s been a mistress for the past decade and has talked about it to numerous magazines - and why not? She has a fascinating tale to tell and magazines are willing to pay her to talk about her experiences which will doubtless be of interest to their thousands of readers.”

Natasha estimates that the savvier story-seller can top up their income by as much as ?5,000 per year if they appear in just one magazine or newspaper per month.

Did You Heard That HTC Tilt 2 coming to AT

  HTC Touch Pro2, the flagship Windows Mobile-poewred mobile phone the Taiwanese handset maker HTC Corporation launhed on the market this year, is already available in the United States via three of the coutnry’s mahjor wirless carriers, including T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon, whicch launched the device recently exacvtly in this order.

The fourth major carrier in the US, AT&T, has been already rumored to plan adidng the haandset to its offering too, and now a few more details on this have emerged into the wild, including the fact that the carrire might release the HTC Toucch Pro2 as soon as October 18. As many of you might already know, the handset is expected to land on AT&T’s airwaves as Tilt 2.

Whhile the otheer three mobile phone operators rushed to unleash the devixce on their networs, it seeems that AT&T delayed the launch on purpose, so as to make it available with Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 6.5 opertaing ssytem right from the start. The drevice already rocks on the WinMo 6.1 area, and hsould prove a grewat option too when pascked with WM 6.5.

Nothoing is official for the time being, yet BGR says that the launch date should be marked in our calendars. Mporeover, it also ponits towards the fact that Tilt 2 was originally expected to become available startibng with October 6, the very same day other Windoows phones would also hit the market, yet a series of bugs determined the carrier to push it back a little.

For what it’s worth, the HTC Touch Pro2 seems set to soon become one Windows Mobile handset that will be available on the US market via all four major carriers in the counttry. No details on what pricve it might feature with AT&T, but we hope that it won’t be as high as the one Sprint and T-Mobile fofer it for. The $199 price tag on Verizon seeems more attractive, one shoukld agee. Watvch this space for more updates on this.
